Privacy policy
Your information, handled with care.
Effective October 29, 2026
HMBL Partners LLC (“HMBL”, “we”, “us”) runs this website, hmblpartners.com, and HMBL Welcome, a guest experience service for wineries. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@hmblpartners.com.
Two roles
- This website. When you visit hmblpartners.com or contact us, we decide how your information is used, as described below.
- HMBL Welcome. When you visit a winery that uses HMBL Welcome, we handle your information on that winery’s behalf, as its service provider, and only to provide the service to that winery. The winery’s own privacy policy and its agreement with us govern that information.
What we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, email address and message when you contact us or book a call.
- Information wineries give us to provide HMBL Welcome, such as guests’ names, contact details and visit details.
- Basic website statistics, such as which pages are visited, from privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and don’t identify you.
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our “Book a call” link opens Google Calendar’s appointment page, where Google’s privacy policy applies.
How we use it
- To provide our services to the wineries we work with.
- To reply to you and support our clients.
- To keep our services secure and meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We don’t add anyone to a winery’s marketing list unless that person chooses to join it.
Who we share it with
- The winery the information belongs to.
- Service providers that help us run our services, such as hosting and email providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety or our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, our agreements with wineries and our legal obligations, and then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@hmblpartners.com. We’ll confirm the request is yours and reply within 45 days. If your information came to us from a winery, we’ll work with that winery to handle your request.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be treated differently for using them. We don’t sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
We don’t track visitors across other websites, so browser “Do Not Track” signals don’t change how this site works.
Security
We protect personal information with safeguards that include encryption and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your information we’ll tell you as the law requires.
Age
Our services are for adults of legal drinking age.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
